I was lucky enough to receive a job relocation package and Amy was one of two realtors that I had to work with as part of my hiring process. The reason my wife and I decided to go with her was her willingness to stage the house while we lived in it. The other realtor we interviewed felt strongly that we would be better positioned to live outside the home while we attempted to sell it. For us that was the final determining factor on how we arrived at our business relationship. Amy was also willing to gamble with us that our listing price was about higher than what she felt we could get. I really appreciated her letting us know the risk and not being pushy about our decision. Throughout the whole process she has been super responsive and transparent which we appreciated significantly. She provided quite a detailed list to help us get our house staged and ready for folks to tour. In the end, our house went above listing price and I am completely convinced her helping us with staging allowed that happen!
